  • Identity data including your first name, last name, username or other identifier, title;
  • Contact data including your residential address, billing address, email address, telephone numbers;
  • Financial data including your bank account and payment card details;
  • Transactional data including details about your property such as number of properties, the property type, location and ownership, payments made by or to you (as applicable), services you have received from us, details of any third party guarantor;
  • Technical data including your internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other details about the devices you use to access this website;
  • Account data including your username and password, your interests, service preferences, feedback, details of your experiences, spending analysis, survey responses and history of using similar services;
  • Usage data including information about how you use our website and services; and
  • Communications data including recording of your calls or interactions with us.
  • Marketing preference data including your preferences in receiving marketing material from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

  • 3.2 Automated technologies. When you interact with our website, we may automatically collect technical data using cookies, web beacons, server logs and other similar technologies.
  • 1.3.3 Third parties and publicly available sources. We may receive personal data about you from other people and/or from public sources, such as:
    • (a) technical data from analytics providers such as Google based outside the EU;
    • (b) contact, financial and transaction data from providers of technical and payment services such as PayPal and Barclays Merchant Account each based within the EU;
    • (c) identity, financial and transaction data from credit reference and fraud prevention agencies;

1.4 If you fail to provide personal data

In this situation, we may need to cancel the contract for services, but we will tell you if this is the case.

  • 3.1.3 professional advisers including lawyers, accountants, auditors, bankers, insurers, who provide legal, accountancy, audit, banking, insurance or consultancy, or other services to us;
  • 3.1.4 third party Controllers, Processors or Sub Processors
  • 3.1.5 HM Revenue & Customers, HM Land Registry, Financial Conduct Authority, regulators, local authorities and other authorities who require us to report on processing activities in certain circumstances;
  • 3.1.6 property marketing providers or portals for the performance of our services to you e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation.com and many more;
  • 3.1.7 payment providers and credit reference agencies; the following companies process your personal data under contracts with us for these purposes: PayPal and Barclays Merchant Account;
  • 3.1.8 regulators, police, law enforcement or fraud prevention agencies as may be necessary or required;

3.2 We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. Except as set out in clause 5.1 that the third party may use your data as a controller, we only disclose the personal data to each of these third parties to the extent they need it in order to provide or perform the specified purposes, and do not allow any of our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data that we hold from unauthorised disclosure, use, alteration or destruction. Our servers are encrypted and any payments which we take or manage will be made on PayPal secure servers or RBS and Natwest, which use encryption technology to protect payment information. We also require our service providers to comply with strict data privacy requirements.
